New “Comps Chomper” added to Torii Tools to help buyers find comparable properties and see data to help them decide what a property is worth in today’s market.

Just added to the Torii Toolbox is Comps Chomper, designed to easily show you comparable properties to one currently on the market. Easily see what similar homes have sold for! Comps Chomper is currently only available on the Torii app (available free in iOS and Android).

Enter a property address, and the Comps Chomper will automatically determine a range for number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the square footage, and the price (based on that property). Make any necessary adjustments (for example, if you only want to compare to properties within a one-mile radius), and hit “Submit.” You can choose to compare with active properties currently on the market or with recently sold properties.

Comps Chomper will then show you a list of properties that are similar to the subject property, as well as some interesting data points, like the average listing price, average sales price (if you’re looking at sold properties), the average number of days on the market, etc.

You can then click into each property to see more details and all listing photos.
