Lowest listing price (by total amount in $): North Weymouth (02191)

Lowest sales price (by total amount in $): North Weymouth (02191)

Most homes sold in March 2020: South Boston (02127)

Highest number of days on market: Dover (02030), which covers only 5 sales at a list price around $1.9 million each

Lowest number of days on market: Cambridge (02139) at 40 days on market

Lowest price per sq ft: Hull (02045) at $225 per sq. ft.

Highest price per sq ft: Boston’s Seaport (02210) is still at the top of the list, up to $1,598 per sq. ft. from last month’s $1,561 per sq. ft.
